This VDOS webinar will discuss the most common oral tumors in dogs and cats, including malignant melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, fibrosarcoma, acanthomatous ameloblastoma, peripheral odontogenic fibroma, and others. Biopsy methods will be reviewed and further work-up explained. Treatment options will be outlined, focusing on hard and soft tissue resections, including maxillectomy, mandibulectomy, glossectomy, lip/cheek resection, and regional lymph node removal. The didactic lecture will last 1.5 hours, but the webinar is designed so that there is extra time for interactive participation and answering your questions.
